I'm giving this three stars because the chocolate is good; however, the customer service at the West Cliff location was horrible. I don't write reviews often, but the employee assisting us was very condescending and rude! There was nobody else in the store and she acted like we were inconveniencing her by making her work.

Amazing chocolate! We got the milk chocolate caramel balls (so good!), the cookies and creme chocolate bar, and the Lil Carl hot chocolate bomb. The candy bar is by far the best candy bar I've ever had! They are also so cute. They would make cute presents or just go for yourself. Either way, you won't be disappointed.

Oh, they get a 5 star for the chocolates, but having to suffer through their Clover Point of Sale system asking me to tip someone whose job it is to put chocolate boxes in a bag and hand them to me is insulting. As a customer you feel pressured to provide a tip, when there is no real service performed. My store uses Clover as well and I know you can disable tipping so that it is a straight transaction. Kate Weiser - If your employees need tips to survive, pay them more, stop putting your customers on the spot. It's enough to keep me from treating myself in your store.

Very cool experience and worth the stop if you’re in the area. Custom flavor and color combinations make this a one-of-a-kind experience if you’re looking for a sweet treat. Plus it’s right next to a wine bar, which is sort of perfect placement.

So I had been ordering chocolates from a world famous chocolatier out of New York City, but thought there's got to be some really good chocolatiers in Dfw. I went on a search and I found this wonderful place. Every piece of chocolate is artwork. It's absolutely beautiful and my wife said it was even better than the candy that I got New York City. The girl behind the counter was extremely nice and helpful. Will definitely be getting our chocolates from here from now on.

I am extremely impressed by the incredible customer service that Agna provided. I ordered 12 boxes of customized chocolate for a work event. The chocolates I received expired prior to the event and they were not the customized order I had placed. I called the store in a bit of a panic as our event was coming up and they completely handled it - new & correct chocolates same day I called.Agna was so professional & kind. They went above & beyond. The chocolates are amazing & so is Agna’s customer service. 10/10 would recommend!

Love this place. But on a Saturday at 5:00pm, there has been a sign that says “be right back for over 30 min now”. Just kind of disappointing when your sign says open until 8.

Treat Yo Self! I love gifting both myself and others any chance I get with these chocolates. Located in the Clearfork Shopping Center, look for the doors with the neon glass. If you've been before or know exactly what you want and there's a line, fill out a build a box sheet found on the left upon entering. The chocolates themselves are a work of art! If cut in half, every layer can be seen and displays how skillfully made each one is. All of the flavors are so delicious and divine.
