Stopped in for a late lunch with the family. Tried 4 different specialty rolls and a tuna sashimi. All were very good, as was the service. Location was on the smallish side but very clean. We could definitely come back if in the area.
Fantastic food, efficient & friendly service. must try the Junmai Gonjoshu and the house special Masunouke Crudo ( simply outstanding!)
Love the food here! Very clean and fresh. Shrimp and chicken stir fry is yummy if you don’t care for sushi. The Sushi is amazing!!Im originally from Boston and this is my favorite sushi place here in Fort Worth/North Texas! “Wicked good!”
Nice Little sushi place. The chefs were good and the server was bubbly and polite. Good service and great food. Will be back for more!
My favorite Japanese restaurant in Ft. Worth. Everything here is great. If you don't know what to order get samplers and let the chef handle things for you. Staff is great as well.
The food here is/was delicious, until I took a bite of my rice and bit into a piece of glass almost breaking my tooth. Once I notified the server my food was and glass piece was immediately taken I didn't make a huge deal. I then began eating my sushi which was also delicious when I then noticed a baby roach begin crawling across the table. The entire ordeal was disheartening because I loved the food and I wanted to be my feeling service members there for lunch later, now that is ruined. I do have video of the roach but was unable to take a picture of the glass before the employee took it away.
Let me start by saying my sushi here was some of the worst I have had in my life. When we first walked into the restaurant the smell was horrendous, it smelled like rotting meat. The raw fish was not fresh, the Shirley temple taste disgusting, and even the water tasted like it had freezer burn. We requested to sit outside because of the smell inside and the service was astonishly bad. It was as if we had been forgotten about. There were a questionable amount of flies that were more attracted to the food than I was. Not to mention the wasps. Will not be returning here under any circumstances???
Quite literally the best sushi I've ever had in DFW, or anywhere else. The restaurant is small, but worth the wait if no tables are available. Seats are usually available at the bar though. Everything we've tried has been spectacular. It's super fresh, super tasty. Service is good, nice folks all around. I also loved the sake and miso soup.
Love the traditional feel inside and the large outdoor patio. They have a good selection of small plates to try.
Amazing sushi - best in Fort Worth. Oysters fried and octopus pops are consistent very good. I did have a scallop sushi in lemon sauce that was a bit too lemony. But everything else is melt in your mouth buttery sashimi and more.
Best quality sushi. Like a fine wine of sushi, which is hard to come by nowadays. I'm no snob when it comes to the quality or freshness of fish, but Little Lilly does it so well that you CANNOT NOT NOTICE how fresh it is. Unlike a lot of trendy sushi places, this place emphasizes the fish itself, so you won't find mayo/sriracha/eel sauce drizzled over everything. On a similar vein, I would not recommend this place if you are looking for cooked fish rolls like baked salmon or deep fried Las Vegas rolls. For the 5 of us, we ordered 14 rolls. They don't try to fill you up on rice, which is usually good, but that means you will need to order more to get full (see pictures). We were more than happy with most everything that we ordered. Not as big of a fan of the rolls with the lump blue crab but still enjoyable. 100% recommend: Hamachi Zest, Devil's breath (if you can handle spicy), Spider Roll (oddly enough stands out from every other place), Kick Off Roll It's a small, quaint place that is perfect for a date out. It has an option for outdoor seating too that is pretty cute if the weather permits.
Bring your try anything once appetite and try the mini fried crabs and chef signature rolls. Shashito peppers were great along with the rolls in my photos :) Saphiro and Kiren Light made this meal rememberable! My new go to for sashimi! Yum!
Busy spot but had good service. Food was tasty.
This is a very small Sushi place but the food is the best in town. We go almost once a week and really enjoy eating there. If it is your first time going there, the noodles (appetizer) is a must try. They are beyond great. Also, if you like spicy food, the tuna tacos are great! You really can’t go wrong ordering anything from their menu. I stuck to two main rolls: Rocky and Surf & Turf. This is a must eat place if you are in Fort Worth.
