YUM!! I’ve been eating at Los Asaderos (once El Asadero) for nearly two decades and it remains my favorite Mexican food restaurant. My favorite things to get are the Enchiladas Verdes and the Enchiladas Poblanos. Definitely give it a try if you’re in the area. The parking is limited and it’s more of a hole-in-the-wall joint but it is totally worth it.The salsa here is also amazing, and I recommend the Queso Flameado as well.
Was once a fave of ours. It's been 20 yrs since we last went and I was disappointed to find out that they only have unsweetened tea. ? Nachos with beans were good. Cheese enchiladas had red sauce that was super spicy. They kindly brought me another without the sauce. And the Caldo de res was really salty. I forgot to take pictures.

This is absolutely a 5 star rating. Beef fajitas are the best I have had anywhere. Plus margaritas are very smooth, not tart or to acidic. Outstanding all the way around. Great service and family operated.
