This was my first time to Mi Cocina. As seemingly happens to me often, we had a brand new waitress. Maria was so kind and knew the menu extremely well for it being her second day on the job. The food was just alright unfortunately. I know a taco salad is not the most flavorful dish possible, but it was very bland. I’m not a big reviewer at all. I just had to come on here to say thank you to Maria S. for doing what I feel most waitresses doesn’t do, service to the customer! She did VERY WELL! Thank you very much! When I go back, I’m requesting you!
