UPDATE: The manager, Holly, reached out and asked for an opportunity to make things right. We visited again today and the açaí bowl and smoothie were great! We opted not to try the skoop again since there’s not much they can do with not making them in store anymore. Based on today’s experience, we would return. Love this Nektar location! I come here, well, often (almost daily) and all the employees are so friendly and provide quick service. (Small tip is to use the Nektar app to place your order in advance — you’ll never have to wait on your bowl.)

After a not so great experience at this particular location, I was glad I had the opportunity to stop by once more. Delicious bowls + smoothies! Lots of gluten-free and dairy-free options.
