This place is fantastic. Food is 5 stars+ and on par with the best BBQ joints in DFW. The brisket is out of this world, possibly the best in NTX area. The beef sausage is equally as good, as are the sides. Mac n Cheese, Potato Salad, Corn, etc. I'm only giving it 4 Stars because of the service. There's only one person taking orders for the entire place and then it takes a solid 15-20mins to get your order after that. The bartender is great! I used to come all the time and haven’t been for months! Came for lunch today and she remembered my name.. I forgot hers. Mal? She remembered me and my drink and she remembered I lost my mom last time because I came to have a few drinks after I left the hospital that day down the street. Best Brisket in Texas! Cooked to perfection, juicy and tender. The Mac and cheese had the flavor, the sauce the whole recipe! The potato salad was as god intended with cheese and bacon. I don't even like pork but theirs was good! Not even mad they were sold out of the stuffed jalapeños cus I'll be back for sure!
