Brisket, Jalapeño Sausage, Mac & Cheese, and Onion Rings. The staff was great and provided the definition of customer service. I did find the brisket lacking any features that would make is a Texas brisket. No real pepper taste or salt. The BBQ sauce carried the meal in my opinion. Red's is just a good ol' fashioned BBQ joint, and it was delicious. I had the catfish platter specially, which came with more than enough food for me. One of us has the chopped brisket BBQ sandwich special (they have daily specials, just check the website). The brisket was super moist and flavorful, and the fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Great local BBQ. I had the brisket and it was delicious along with the jalapeño sausage. My wife had the ribs and they fell off the bone.All this for a very reasonable price.Highly recommend, will definitely be going back!
