Decide to try the bbq here, so I ordered brisket, pulled pork, and the sausage with potato salad and backed beans. The pulled pork was a little dry, and the sausage just tasted bland. The brisket, on the other hand, was on point! I'm not sure what the ribs or chicken taste like because I didn't order it. It's a great restaurant to people watch from the patio other than that, stick to the brisket.
Riscky's BAR-B-Q was an awesome authentic Texas style BBQ experience. It is right in the Fort Worth Stockyards area, which is a wonderful and convenient location to grab food at while attending events at the Stockyards. We ate on the patio area, so we were facing the little stage that they have across street, so we got to listen to great live country music while we ate.
