My daughter recently has had to go gluten-free. We found snap kitchen and pay to visit. The girl at the register was so kind and super helpful, kind and informative! The Italian sausage and Ziti tasted amazing! My daughter said she couldn’t tell it was gluten free! Gluten free will be challenging and I’m confident with Snap Kitchen it will be somewhat more manageable. Thank you for your kindness and great food!

My wife and I have been Snap Kitchen customers for over a year now, and we always get it delivered to our door. We enjoy the food, and that keeps us coming back. But they recently changed their delivery service, and now two weeks in a row the delivery has arrived as depicted in the pictures below.VERY DISSAPPOINTED! The ice packs had completely melted into liquid form causing the top ice pack to fall to one side. Half of the meals were turned on their side and leaking. Everything in the insulated bag was sopping wet and the meals were not cold at all. This had never happened before the new delivery service. Snap Kitchen needs to rectify this situation ASAP, or we will not be customers anymore.
Initially I was ordering every week to try multiple items, some better than others, slowed down on the qty every week because half of my meals I was getting expired within a couple days and as a single person I can't eat 6 dishes in such a short amount of time. Took a couple of weeks off and went to go back today to start my orders up again and delivery went up from $5.99 to $11.99... Nope, had to cancel. Between that and tip it was $20 just to get it. Find a less expensive delivery partner and I might come back. PS: I received zero notifications it was going up so if I was just letting it auto-order I wouldn't have known.
