How do I start......This was one of the worst experiences I've had .....1st the young lady took the order and I asked to make sure nothing had sour cream .......all had sour cream my fries were cold as well as the cheese ..,.I noticed that another customer was waiting on 2 soft tacos and she waited for at the least 15 minutes ....I never received a receipt for my purchase there was a least 6 people on duty why all the mess ups .....who knows .......I was truly not a satisfied...read full review

I never get a receipt or even get asked if I want one... I have the app so when I go through the drive thru how am I suppose to get my points? Didnt get any sauce or get asked if I wanted any... I drive past this taco bell every other day because of my medical treatments in the hospital district and this taco bell just needs alot of work compared to others that I've been too... very disappointing....

I went right before closing for just some free water most places seem to be annoyed when you just want water with out food, but the lady working last night I believe her name was Quay. My apologies if I’m miss spelling her name but her level of customer service is above and beyond what you hope for at any food
