Mexican food is my top 5 favorite foods, I've never experienced Mexican food cooked to perfection until I went to uncle Julio's in Ft worth Texas. My loved ones ( ?ND &SH?)and I were taken back by the carne fajitas and the chicken fajitas. Steak so tender I used my fork to cut the meat. I've patronized and enjoyed both Uncle Julio's and its sister store, Rio Grande Cafe (on the East Coast), for many years. I even remember when cabrito was a menu item. So after our recent visit I'm pained to report my disappointment in the service and the fajitas. We had a party of 12 on Friday night, 6 of which were kids. Our waitress handled everything so well. Every request was taken care of in a kind and timely manner. Food was great as well, but it was mostly the service that impressed me.
