When ordering my food I said I wanted just a burger and when I got to the window I said it’s only $2.19. That’s not a kids burger is it and she said yes you said you wanted a Junior I said no I didn’t. She huffed really loud and rolled her eyes and made it seem like the biggest inconvenience because she misunderstood me. It is October 15 12:30 PM. Not sure who you are working that shift at the drive thru but your customer service is disgusting.
Wendy's is just good actually. I don't mean that it's better than good. The food's fresh. The fries are crispy and I have an addiction to the chili so I might be a little biased

Was really disappointed ? I've always been fond of Wendy's. It is not like that now it has declined as far as service and the people giving service. All I know is that if you don't like your job then get another one. Let someone who cares about the job in which pays you to work. That is why you need mature people who know what they are doing and care about the job they do and the people they serve.
