I brought my husband here because he never cooks -_- I do all the cooking and I'm slowly trying to manipulate, er make him interested in learning how to cook. This Korean BBQ place did the trick, no joke! And honesty what could be a better way to prevent the transmission of germs than to cook it yourself, also they have rooms party rooms that you can reserve, but you really don't even need to do that since the whole restaurant is made up a booths yes you heard that right booths! My husband also has severe social anxiety, so he loved the booths! Although it's probably a logistics idea to prevent a chair bumping into someone cooking, I personally love booth seating at restaurants, these were also spacious booths w is most important. That said the atmosphere was quiet and calm, mostly white atmosphere clean lines so anyone who gets overstimulated will find it easy to relax here, it was fairly quiet with the exception of families talking and meat sizzling, and you could smell the people closest to you cooking and it's just making you that much more hungry, I can't wait to go back!

My family and I have been here a handful of times since 2019. We've always had a 4-5 star experience. Last night was not one of them! The 2 stars was based on service of the waitress, customer service of the floor manager and the food variety. I understand with COVID, some things may not be available and items change. I've been since COVID and everything was still good. Our waitress was definitely outnumbered by tables. It was like she was the only waitress there. We only saw her, a hostess, a bartender and then an older gentleman walking the floor in a suit. We have never seen this waitress we usually have an older lady, but we also go during lunch most times vs dinner. We were sat, waitress brought our drinks and took our order, it was fine until it wasn't. She forgot items, service was slow and I totally get it was because she was swamped, but in this instance the hostess and manager should've jumped in and helped. The manager just walked around asking if everything was okay to every table except us. And I saw him tell the waitress to do something in the midst of her chaos. The banchan options were very slim vs our normal outings. The food meat wise was yummy as usual and the Fried Rice was amazing. The steamed egg was burnt. We just had a horrible dinner experience and it was so upsetting because it's usually decent. Food is basically good. Atmosphere is nice. Service and management not so good and I know it's not bc of the waitress. She definitely needed help and for her to take care of over 10 tables solo is just absurd. Her service skills lacked because it was too much, so that shines into management. They should've called someone in, had more people scheduled or jumped in their self to help her out.

Unfortunately never got to eat because there was no host or wait staff. Came in a week ago to try it out because it looked great in the pictures, but we stood at the front for 15 minutes and got nothing but awkward stares from the kitchen staff. After that me and my guest left. What’s the point of being open if you don’t have staff to properly run the restaurant. It makes no sense. I may try a different location but the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth

Yesterday, I ordered $65.12 worth of items from their menu. It charged my card and sent me an email stating they received my online order. But when I went to their Frisco location to pick up my order, they were closed. Their website does not state they are closed. So I called them and left a message and also emailed them, but I did not receive a response to my request for a refund. This is a horrible scamming of customers. You need to refund me $65.12, and state in your website that you are closed indefinitely to prevent this from happening to others.

Overall the food was okay. They check your temperature as soon you enter. However, the first thing I noticed when I came in once how dirty the tables were. The two tables next to us were left dirty/with food the whole time we were there. It wasn't a very pretty sight or comfortable to be in. The waitress was really nice but was obvious she was overworked because it took her awhile to come and check up on us and bring more food out. Not likely to return:

My wife, son, and some friends ate here in mid-march. There was about a 40-minute wait, which I guess wasn't too bad since it was a Friday night. We had a small private room to ourselves. The deal was an all-you-can-eat grill with lots of choices of meats with two different price levels, depending on what options you want. The meat was fresh and flavorful. I couldn't get enough of the bulgogi! The spicy chicken and short ribs were wonderful too, and our choice of price level also included sides such as miso soup and dumplings that we could choose from that we enjoyed as well. My only complaints would be two things. One, my ten-year-old son doesn't eat meat and I was going to order him some rice and/or noodles, but they wouldn't allow it and made him buy into the AYCE portions. The good thing though was that they did give him a kid's rate which is half price. The other thing was a 25% service charge/automatic gratuity. I don't care for auto-gratuities and especially when it is charged at the top typical rate. If service is good, I always tip well, but making it mandatory irks me. So please be aware of this. Other than that, I will most likely visit them again, as the food was excellent.

Tasty, fun, great environment, what more can I say? I had a blast, and for a great price! Definitely coming here again

wish i could give zero stars let's start off with the fact that this place is disgusting. the table we sat at was sticky and had yellow bile type liquid all over it. the floor was filthy and looks like it hasn't been swept in weeks. on top of the dirty environment, it had awful, slow service. we sat for twenty minutes without being greeted. i would suggest you not eat here unless you want a disease or to be ignored.

I went in and got seated. I went into the restroom to realize the filth and noticed numerous tables have not been cleaned. At this time I walked right out! This place looks like a health hazard especially with covid going around. I don't recommend this place.

This place used to really good... went their today and everything we ordered sucked. The bulgogi lacked flavor, the brisket was dry and the chicken was wack. This will be our last time here.

If you are looking for a good Korean BBQ place, this is NOT the place. The food and service was sub-par with workers/owners sitting chatting with each other while a few did all the work. We had to wait on our food and our check. They were out of more than a handful of items, and the server got our order wrong. There was so much food left over, but it went to waste as we weren't allowed to take it home. I would definitely look for other options in the area.

the food was fantastic and thus it was worth every penny

Had it for the first time a week ago. Delicious food at a reasonable price. Got takeout but the inside looked clean and beautiful.

LOVE this place! So much that we had our wedding dinner here! We’ve become frequent visitors here and will continue coming. Recommended to friends because their food is just delicious, the service is great, and the location is great! Also, can’t beat their prices, amazing for the quality they offer. Thank you Rebecca and Tiffany for always taking care of us and to the entire team!
