This is a fantastic place located inside 99 Ranch Food court. Come here while you still can because the owner told me that they're moving to the Carrollton location in March. The fried fish is my favorite by far. It has a marvelous crispy exterior and tender, flakey fish on the inside. The beef noodle soup is really good too. Located within the Ranch 99 at the food court area, this place serves authentic Taiwanese food. The store was clean and operated in a self service manner with wireless beepers. Their medium rare Black Pepper Steak is personally my most favorite under $20 steak in the whole of DFW. It is a rib eye steak that was covered with black pepper sauce and came with pasta, egg and some vegetables. The rib eye steak was fatty and very flavorful.
