Pretty good and healthy food here. It’s all fairly basic but you know who cares? A little spend he for the caloric intake but I think that’s a part of the whole deal right? You were here to eat and drink something healthy. Enjoy.
This place is the best for a smothie bowl. The bowls are wide enough to fit enough for toppings because there's another place in frisco where it's half as wide and barely get to enjoy the crunchiness of the granola with the smothie part. I wish I could come here more.

I found this place after my son's soccer game,We had some time to kill during my son's double header & so we came to eat here & LOVED it!!!! You can not go wrong with anything on the menu, everything was really good & good for you so it is a win win when you come here. I recommend giving it a try and I would bet that you like what you pick
