In a word...PITIFUL!! Customer service is TERRIBLY lacking and employees appear to have an attitude of "I'm just here for a paycheck"!For the last year, it always seems this particular store (El Dorado and Tollway) in Frisco, is consistently out of several items, nothing posted stating such...today was ice...AGAIN!! Loved this location, we didn't wait forever to get our food and the customer service was excellent. We had no issues with our food like we do when we go to the Forney Whataburger or the Terrell Whataburger.

This rating is compared to other fast food places. The place was clean, the person at the counter was friendly and the food was good. That is one of the things I really enjoy about Whataburger. I get similar service and food whenever I go to one.
