I've never been to this chain before but I was close and craving a sandwich. Ordering process is totally weird to me. I got a ham and provolone with lettuce, tomato, jalapeños, mustard, mayo, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. I was impressed with how good it tasted. I didn't know it would be warm, but it was.
