The cheese enchiladas are the best!!Love this place!! It's the hole in the wall you're so happy you found! The guy works his butt off! He takes your order, cooks your food and serves it to you!!
We decided to stop here for some breakfast. They did t have menudo at the time but we stayed away and I'm glad we did. The huevos rancheros we're delicious. The Chorizo is home made with a 150 year old recipe and it was the best I've ever had! The salsa looked plain but I kept eating it. Not to spicy just right. It's a little hole in the wall but it's great.

I've been to Apache several times now for lunch and its fantastic every time! The food is fresh and homemade and I clean my plate every meal. The salsa is great and I've had the tacos, enchiladas, and its all consistently awesome. Its by far the best Mexican food on the island.
