This is the oldest bar still operating in downtown Galveston. They opened in 1986. Tiffany took great care of us. It's definitely a locals hang out. We stopped in on a late Saturday afternoon and everyone who walked in after us seemed to know each other. They were all very welcoming to us though. Prices are great. 4 drinks was $17 before tip. I love their sandwiches, great value for money. The Reuben is full of meat and sauerkraut, wonderful dill pickle and the option of a fabulous potato salad. For me, It's a bit dark inside, so I usually order to go and enjoy a superb lunch outside.
