Haven't been here in over a year but tried it back when I was going through a bit of a Phở phase. Out of the three places in Galveston I have tried this one is my favorite. It is not a fancy place and is not one of those restaurants that tries to be a Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese and ___ese all in one. It is a nice, simple, and quiet place for you to sit down and have a pretty decent sized bowl of goodness. I never tried take-out but the sit-down meal was always satisfactory....read full review

I've tried dining here numerous times and have been disappointed because they were closed so I was thrilled they were open today! Hands down, this was the best vermicelli on the island! Seriously, phenomenal. The perfect blend of tangy / spicy. That being said, it's the smallest serving I've ever had. It was enough food for one, but usually vermicelli is enough noodles for two or leftovers (at least enough to feed me and my toddler), not the case here. Quality over quantity I...read full review

Their chicken Pho is absolutely wonderful! They provide you with a generous amount of everything, even a bag full of cilantro, bean sprouts, jalapeño and lime. Lots of broth to enjoy too... I am sooo happy.
