I went in today to get my office lunch and the staff was so helpful. They labeled the bags for me (I didn't ask) They were patient with my many separate orders and everything was perfect when I returned to my office. The nice man even helped carry bags. I didn't catch names but the lady checking me out was also very kind. Thank you Arby's!
Got three orders of fries, all 3 were barely half way full. Staff was friendly though. But can you fill the fries all the way?Update: tried it again tonight. Haven't been since my last review. My wife's chicken sandwich was cold. Cheese was still hard because it was not hot. The chicken patty was a thin as the bread. See the picture. Come on man!
