Stopped by for lunch today 3rd time this week and I was greeted by Ty and Crystal. They were super friendly. They’ve remember me by my name and remember my order. They truly make this Dickeys Bbq location feel like home. I appreciate their hospitality and I will definitely stay coming back. 10/10
I ordered 2 3 Meat Plates and had it picked up by my husband. The business only supplied us with 1 Barbeque sauce! I was so upset because when you are a Barbeque sauce person it just isn't the same without it. I called and spoke with Crystal who informed me that she was the manager, I was prepared for excuses and finger pointing, but Crystal was absolutely phenomenal! I definitely will be back to this location!! Aaron and Crystal were as friendly as one can be and made sure my lunch was HOT!! French fries were perfect ( I asked for them crisp) and brisket and sausage was perfectly cooked and hot when I got it!!! GREAT JOB!!! Thank you both for a GREAT experience!!!
