i ordered a #4 combo asked for an unsweetened tea they gave me a sweet tea i tried calling the store but no one would answer i do understand mistakes happen but i can not drink the sweet tea im diabetic and its just way to sweet for me so my drink was wasted but the service was good and the speed was
There is a Gentleman that is usually working in the mornings when we visit and He is Always Super nice and professional! He makes sure to get our order correct and I just wanted to remember to thank Him! I’m sure that the cooks are also part of the consistency at this store! We appreciate You! We always order breakfast jacks with scrambled eggs my kids fave!

I don’t venture to a lot of fast food places, but I come fairly often to this jack in the box bc of their great service and the quality in how they cook the food here. They’re always consistent and in the mornings, there’s always this really nice gentleman who gives great service! Please don’t change!
