They need to teach these kids customer service. They were arguing with a customer because one of them forgot to add something to his order. They also treat you like it’s a bother to service you. I tried to call an order and had to repeat myself like 7 times and then they told me i couldn’t make an order over the phone for more than 4 pizzas. Had to drive down here and wait outside.
Came to this location for my first time and i can honestly say i will be back. The manager alondra was so helpful as her employee. My pizza was perfectly and i asked to keep my pizza in for an extra crisp and she did with no hesitation. Can't wait to come back.

UPDATE: The store manager reached out to me and offered a refund.I ordered a pizza for delivery and this is how I received it. I called the store and they tell me "When it left the store it was perfect. The delivery was powered by doordash so you have to contact them". I message doordash and they tell me that since the order was placed through Pizza Patron's website, they can't do anything, no refunds and they can't send a new one.Ending?
