I recently ordered two 3-piece tenders from the establishment. Upon returning home, I noticed that the chicken appeared to be overcooked. I attempted to contact the establishment by phone, but was not able to get through. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with a negative impression and I will not be dining there again.
This place has the worst customer service in the world! The young skinny black guy who works the front counter needs to be fired or take a class on customer service along with the other staff. I wonder if he walked into a place and no one acknowledged him what would his reaction be, little boy!!!!
