“I had the pleasure of eating at Cheddar's for the first time. My grandmother and I enjoyed some of the best food we'vehadinalongtime. First off, those fresh baked croissants should come with a warning. OmL. They were AHFREAKINMAZING. I am also thrilled because they offered a veggie platter. Salad, homemade ranch ? broccoli cheese rice goodness, southern green beans, red beans and rice, and steamed broccoli. Did I finish it, NOPE! Tah-go box! Karen, our server was incredible. “Very small place, has been there for years in Garland Tx. 1st time I got gizzards they were a little to hard but I gave it another shot requested to fry it soft and they were delicious and so was the chicken wings customer service was very good they are friendly and professional.“
“We really enjoyed eating here. The brisket and sausage were very good. The brisket was so tender. Their portions were good sized. We also enjoyed their sides and fried pies. The staff was very nice. “This is a great place to take family. The food is not amazing, but still good. The restaurant is clean and the staff is very nice.The kid’s meal is a bargain and includes a snack, drink and toy for around $6. They also provide crayons and activity sheets.“

“Went for lunch the place was packed. Ordered the wagyu beef burger and my friend had the regular bacon cheese burger. I also ordered the chili dog. The Wagyu burger comes cooked well it was really good. They have a full bar like fudruckers which I liked for sauces n toppings. The chili dog was meh but still good. I loved the mom n pop feel of the place. A definite must try when in Dallas“
“Our waitress was phenomenal. Loved her friendly vibe. (Some people don’t like a conversational waitress but she was incredibly pleasant and fun.) My husband was craving some fried chicken. This was my suggestion. The food was very good except we had burned green beans. My favorite was the biscuit. The restaurant itself seemed a little tight as far as table organization but it’s known for big family gatherings, so no real worries there.“
