Went through Drive thru and the woman who took my order was just the sweetest and the manager was at the window when I drove up and my shake didn't have enough chocolate so he offered and added extra chocolate.. really appreciate the service to turn my rough day around..
Walked in and got exceptional service at this location! It was about 7pm Friday night and my order was perfect!! I can tell the manager and the employees were providing great service and will definitely return to this location.

I go to this location because it’s better quality food & better service than the one closest to me on Broadway. This location has been horrible lately. I have waited in curbside for my order for 10 minutes before, but tonight I wait 27 minutes. I called and said I had been waiting almost 30 minutes, was told “no freaking way”. Absolutely absurd. Both locations need better service. Ridiculous. FYI the times I have referred to are at night. Not sure about the day shift.
