I understand mistakes happen. But this is now the fifth time I have come to this McDonald’s and I get two cheeseburger meal with only ketchup and onion. Everytime I have gotten this it has only been just ketchup on the burgers. Today the manger had given me a “extra” burger because they made one with just ketchup and “caught” the mistake. It's McDonald's. Not a bad one, but the line for the drive-thru is generally long, so expect a wait. Customer service is hit or miss here. We've never had terrible customer service, but there have been times when it hasn't been the best. And the food is fine. It's McDonald's food. They have never messed up on our order.
