The staff is very nice! I thought the fact that they had to make the samples for us was a little weird but I know they were just following the rules. It seems like other people don't like this sample cup thing either, maybe the boss man needs to consider changing the rules!
I was just here with a kiddo l I babysit, she loved her froyo and the lady working up front was so incredibly nice to us and other. Another customer came in and dropped the spoons, was very apologetic & the employee repeatedly told her it was no problem. The customer was in tears (clearly overwhelmed about something else) and the employee pulled her aside and gave her such a sweet pep talk ending with “you’re beautiful, just take it one breath at a time”. Love it here! My kids love Frozen Yogurt and it's a lot cheaper than sweet frog for all 3 of them. They have a happy hour from 12-2 Monday - Thursday which is 15% off. Friendly staff and clean environment.
