Let me start by saying this is the messiest and slowest Chiptole I've ever been to. My husband and I got there about 9:30 pm and there was 1 customer in the building. They had 1 person making food orders while everyone else was doing other things around the restaurant. I saw about 5 others, one was our cashier, one seemed to be restocking food bins and the other idk what they were doing. We had to wait about 15 minutes before he finished to start our order.
