I am originally from Veracruz, Mexico; and I can confidently say that this Veracruzan restaurant is very authentic!! Authentic foods/plates, flavors, and looks. The service is very friendly, the place is clean, and the prices are reasonable. The food actually looks like the pictures ?
I went to the G.P. Resturant and had the Enchiladas de Mole Veracruzanas with Pastor de Puerco. Holy mother, it was fantastic! The meat was so soft, marinated to perfection, and packed a powewrful flavor in every bite. The element of authenticity was definitely there. The person who prepared the mole knows what they're doing. Bravo! My only recommendation is to serve it with chicken instead of Pastor de puerco because the mole sauce and the meat do not compliment eachother. But...read full review
