When you order from the inside it's at the kiosk only. And if you are paying with cash you have to go to the counter to pay, this is the part that is unarguably the worst. Either they are extremely short on staff or have no regards for their customers who stand at the counter for 10 minutes or longer just to pay and have their order put in. Then if the drive thru is super busy it can take the staff even longer to get the lobbies order out, cause of low level importance.
I came through Drive thru and placed an order and got home it was very Sloppy and unprofessional like they never cared how my order was i was so upset i called the Manager he made me a Fresh new order but i had to drive all the way back 15 min drive away.. My advice to others Check your order before leaving the drive thru
