Went to Wendy’s for food and ordered through the drive-thru gave specific instructions and came home to find out they didn’t give us the meal we asked for and they charged me for frosty when I showed them the special on a free 2023 frosty. Manager was the one ordering I suggest her getting demoted because she cannot manage one order with no one else around in site inside or out.
11:40pm last night, drive thru.Our food was hot, fresh, and exactly correct!! We made a few modifications to our sandwiches, and it all came out fast, too. The attendant was very nice also. Will definitely start making this our late night, after work stop!
