Honestly the worst chick-fil-a experience I’ve ever had (And I’ve had well over 100). We had a mobile order through the drive thru.The woman working that we met to “take our order” was not friendly. We were sent to the pickup window where we were handed our food. No friendly customer service at either place… very bizarre for CFA and a true first time for me. I’ve been here multiple times, but today stranded out the most. First of all, they got my order completely mixed up, second of all, the staff just left my food on the counter. And finally, when I asked for refills, they kept giving me the wrong drink, so voila. 2

The slowest Chick-fil-A I've been to in the metro , the guys voice sounded like they were tired. Who knows maybe it was the shift or they were short staffed. I saw plenty of people but I can't say if there was something going on today and they're not usually that way .
