Great cookies, super fast service! They had a buy 5 get 1 free promo which we took advantage of. You’re able to mix and match your cookie picks. Good a flavorful, wish they were a bit crunchier, still good though! Good dessert spot at the mall.
Klover and Emily attitude when I ordered a cookie cake was HORRIBLE.They were short and rude with answers to my questions, she literally pulled my receipt from the machine and dropped it on the counter. She made no attempt to pick it up and hand it to me or apologize.Emily mumbled something under her breath and walked away.This does NOT reflect the brand AT ALL!

Delicious cookies and amazing service! They were extremely nice and accommodating when I ordered a cookie cake for pick-up on the wrong day. I did not realize until I went to pick it up (a day earlier than I selected on my order). They quickly decorated a cookie cake for me and I was out the door in ~15 minutes. They saved the day! Birthday cookie cakes are a favorite for our family and I'll always order from this location in the future.
