“Great restaurant for a reasonably priced steak or seafood dinner. I have stopped here twice now in 2 years on short stays, and both times the food was excellent and had service to match. I recommend the prime rib as well as the ribeye. The 12oz ribeye is bone out, so you actually get 12oz of meat.“
“Consistency of service and food are hallmarks of an amazing space: Jane and Francesco are the consummate hosts.Having dined at Ferrari's for many years I had the wonderful opportunity to return after a short Texas hiatus and chose (wisely) to make Ferrari's my Monday evening dinner choice.Greeted warmly at the door by Francesco and Jane, I was seated in the perfectly private spot to observe the dining room activities. My table captain, Arturo, was engaging, professional and knowledgeable, and sensed my desire for a slowly-paced evening.The cioppino was simply amazing. Notice the entire bowl filled with the shells - this dish was perfectly adorned - every biteful of fish with broth. The base was rich and perfectly seasoned.Now having tasted everything on their menu over 10 years of I can unequivocally recommend enjoying anything they serve - especially the daily specials.My rating: exceptional.“
“What can I say? The obvious is that this IS a chain. With that said, it consistently has excellent service and serves great seafood. Not a great draft beer selection, if that’s your thing. But other than that I can’t find anything bad to say. Maybe it’s a little loud? But that’s because it always has great energy, with lively, happy customers.The Pappas family knows how to operate great restaurants. Try the Reffish Pontchartrain, it’s my favorite.“

The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and do what it takes to ensure a really good meal, at reasonable prices and good service. Have taken many friends here, which turns out to be one of their FAVORITE places. Try it, you might just find YOUR new "favorite" place too.Parking: Lot next to Faust Funeral home (right across street from Big Fish) has handicap and open parking FREE. Also, free parking about a block behind Big Fish. Certainly worth the "extra" effort to find parking.“
“I’m a pilot from out of town, and every time we show up in the Dallas area we must go to the saltgrass in Grapevine! We had the most amazing experience with Jayda, the bartender and Jazmine the manager. The food was cooked to perfection, and the drinks were as usual top-notch. I can only suggest that everybody come to this place while they’re in this area! Kudos to both of them for making my evening outstanding!❤️❤️“
“Food was great! Really great, actually. Atmosphere was very chill and not crazy busy like some other places in Dallas. Though, it was the middle of the week slightly after lunchtime. Very patient and accommodating staff as well. The chips were fresh and delicious, the sandwich was well seasoned and buttered, with the actual meat being soft with the right amount of bite. The fries were great! A little on the thinner side, if that makes a difference for anyone, but they had good flavor with the sauces involved. I was told the lobster bisque was very good, and the Mac n cheese was good. I just couldn't finish it there, but it still tasted pretty good reheated at home! I would highly recommend. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is the prices. I feel restaurants are getting crazy with prices these days, and seafood can be hard to determine what's fair or not, but even still it felt like a lot of money for certain items. I'd go again though! Just can't afford it every day.“
“I have been coming to this location since they opened. The staff is wonderful whether you’re dining in or calling in take out. The food always comes out perfectly and they’ve at least for me always gotten my order correct. Meals made fresh and are always delicious! “We went to several restaurants and the wait time was almost an hour on an early Friday evening , so we decided to go to Chilis, where we used to take our kids when they were small. We also have online ordered and picked up.At or recent in restaurant visit we were immediately seated by our host. Our waiter was friendly and patient. I ordered a hamburger, which was really good. My husband ordered one of the special dishes and he enjoyed it. My daughter ordered a steak and she loved it. Her boyfriend ordered a chicken quesadilla dish and loved it. I would say that this place has been super consistent over the years as you can never get a bad meal here. Anytime we have traveled on vacation, we have gone to Chili’s because we know it is reliable and will always be good. I did not really take any pictures of our dishes. However, when we left the restaurant, we were pleasantly surprised to see a bunny in the bushes.Kid-friendliness: I saw lots of families with young children. Their drinks were served in sturdy colorful lidded cups with straws that can be taken home and reused. Also saw high chairs.“

“Wonderful atmosphere, you feel comfortable and isolated even though it's busy and all the tables are filled.Our server, Royce, is amazing. Greeted us at the table, got us our drinks quickly, and went over the specials with us.The lamb pop appetizer comes with chimicurri which needs to go on top of the lamb. The flavors dance on your tongue.The mac and cheese isn't just macaroni with cheese, the chefs added additional flavors, making it a dish on its own.The steak is seasoned with a little salt, pepper, and clarified butter. It does not need anything else. It melts in your mouth. There's a thin crust on the outer edge, with its herbs, spices, and buttery goodness, and then the succulent inside, perfectly cooked steak, and how it practically dissolves on your tongue.We ordered both the chocolate and carrot cake, having been told the pair of desserts are the most delicious. We took the two home, having filled ourselves to bursting already. The chocolate cake is definitely something you need to order. We haven't tried the carrot cake, but we imagine it will be just as wonderful.“
