Great barbecue. Its a home town staple and I've grown up eating at this BBQ chain. Atmosphere was chill. I was surprised by the cost went I went to pay though. Was more than I expected. But all and all was a great experience.

We are from Louisiana and are staying in this location due to my Husband’s line of work. 1st time trying this place! And let me tell you it did not disappoint one bit!! The sliced Turkey was so delicious very juicy! The potato salad was great! And the BBQ sauce I could have drank it lol!!! Don’t miss out if you have the chance to stop by! Definitely will be a place we frequent a lot while we are here!

Our first time at this particular Bodacious Bar-B-Q. It’s great bar b q. Clean. Polite employees. Decent pricing. But my main reason for coming here was something they call the Texas Twinkie. It’s a Cajun style boudin sausage. While being a little on the mushy side, it was very good none the less. And getting a little of there bar b a sauce on it bammed it up. I will definitely get it again. My wife had a maid rite sandwich. She said it was great. But not as much meat on it as other Bodacious places. I had the boudin and a half rack of ribs. The ribs are standard pit smoked ribs. Very tender with a nice smoke ring. We’ll be back.

Texas twinkie Boudin OMG !!!! Brisket is so savory & just the right about of the fat end for that perfect bite on a chopped beef. Stuffed peppers, Brisket deviled eggs. Just do yourself a favor and stop in.
So glad we were able to stop in and try it. Food was absolutely delicious and the decor was so cute. We loved it! Staff was nice and friendly. We had seen the signs on I-20 before but had never been able to stop. It definitely did not disappoint!! Wish they were closer so we could have it again but at least now we know where to stop on road trips through East Texas.

Definitely eat here!Great food at a good price.The scrumptious Bar-B-Q will have you coming back again and again.For me, a restaurant has to pass the "smell test" before I'll eat there. The tantalizing scent wafting from this Bodacious location will draw you in. At lunch, when I usually come here, there will probably be a short queue, but it's definitely worth the wait. You can peruse the menu board or enjoy the many artifacts lining the walls to pass the time before you order.My favorites are the Sloppy Joe, the sliced beef, and the ribs. The Sloppy Joe is an excellent sandwich. Rich in flavor yet easy on the pocketbook. The scrumptious ribs are better here than at any other Bodacious location in the Longview area.The service is quick and friendly, the servings are heaping, and the atmosphere is unique. Be sure to check out the wall art while you are here.Wheelchair accessibility: From the parking lot there is a step up to the sidewalk. There is also plenty of space inside in which to maneuver. The bathrooms may be a challenge, though.

It was Bodacious, it was amazing. It is however, ridiculously expensive. They could drop at least 2-3 dollars on the price then it would be the number one BBQ place on Planet Earth. J-sayin? staff not overly friendly. But again, it is what it is.
