Asked for buns toasted on both side, not burnt. Tried to call the order in and the lady kept getting it wrong. Went in lobby to order and still got it wrong and attempted to overcharge me. Food tasted horrible as it was BURNT!

I placed an online order for pickup and it said it would be done in 5mins I get there to pick it up and they have me pull the b lane mind you only one other car is in line it took 15mins+ to get my order and when I got my food it was cold will not be coming back to this Whataburger the in front of Walmart in Longview which is 15mins away is the one I will be going to from now do better Hallsville

I love Whataburger and everyone at this location is super friendly so I hate to rate them this low but every time we get food here the wait is extremely long. I just say in the drive thru as the only car for 20 mins…

Service used to be good. Placed an order on the app- paid for it and went to pick it up. They had no "information " on the order and couldn't pull it up. I had a receipt and they took my money. Also I arrived at change over (breakfast- Lunch) to pick up the order so naturally they wouldn't fill it. Told me to contact customer service for my refund who basically sent me an email telling me sorry we have your money and were not giving it back. Fine you no longer have my business.

Had a breakfast burger, it was good. Bacon was a little chewy. But I feel like in general the quality of the food at Whataburger is starting to slip.I will continue to eat at Whataburger. This location is definitely faster then the one marshall on 80. Had my food quickly and was on my way.
