The customer service was horrible. There was only employee but he was super slow. He took like 15 minutes on making two sandwiches. Not only that but they were low on veggies in which he literally put two pickles on my sandwich instead of getting more. Never again
I would coming here because of how clean and nice the employees were but today was a horrible experience. When I went in there was trash on the floor and it seemed sticky. The employee was super rude and stated he could not sell to me because he ran out of parchment paper. I didn't get bothered because of the lack of product but instead the way he said it. If you like stale cookies, this is your place! I've gone 3 times. I usually substitute the chips for cookies. Each time the cookies have been hard as a rock like they have been sitting outside all day! Not "fresh" at all like the company's slogan implies!
