I order from here regularly, I want to commend the Manager there, MAY, she was very kind to me over the phone and listened to me when I spoke and expressed how upset I was about receiving the wrong order. She took care of the situation fast and helped me. I appreciated that. She is very professional and kind person. Im glad they have a good manager working here! Ordered the ice spice munchkin drink, it tasted horrible, like it wasn’t made right. Horrible flavor. I asked if I could switch it for another drink , they said no. Wouldn’t even let me pay the difference in cost. Don’t come here. I’ll just stick to Starbucks and Dutch bro’s much better service. Employees responses were “I don’t think so, I’mNot sure” . Donuts were very cold and it’s still morning time.

I’m giving this place a generous 3 stars, because at least the donuts were good. But the kolache’s are literally disgusting. Tastes like a terrible excuse of a hotdog, the sausage and cheese is really gross. I could hardly eat it. I also am giving 3 stars because I haven’t tried the coffee yet so hopefully that will be
