The donuts are great. That’s why I go to Dunkin, but the service for my 30 second experience for preorder pickup was awful.The person at the window didn’t say a word to me until I asked why there were no sprinkles on my donut. Only then did she finally say her first word to me “we’re out of those”. No greeting at the window. No “I’m sorry but we’re out of vanilla frosted with sprinkles so we substituted”.Horrible service.

The staff is always super friendly and quick to get orders out! They are always in good spirits and never rude even when orders have mistakes or there is a last-minute addition at the window. I have nothing but nice things to say about them and their professionalism! The coffee is always spot on as well, made as ordered, and the food is always nice and hot. They take pride in their jobs, and it shows! Great place and its been my go-to coffee drive-thru for many years!
