“I love the patience of the crew member that took my order! I love the play area for the kids (I had my granddaughters with me). I do not like the way the building situated to come into the parking lot and exit. It's dangerous, and a potential death trap.Parking: Small amount of parking spaces to the the angle of the actual building. The entrance and exit are shared and traffic backs up due to this.“

“Tried using kios, didn't know how to go backwards, had a coupon for .99c large ice coffee was ok then ordered big breakfast n3eded to go back and order 2 sausages with it. Couldn't get anyone to help me so I finally went to counter, she was the one to help at kios but she had a line at the counter. Kios isn't for non savvy computer seniors. I asked 3 ladies to help me (with no assistance) before I finally canceled the order at kios and went to the counter, then the lady working the counter wanted to walk me back to the kios., I told her no that I had already canceled it over there. So she helped me at counter, took every bit of 20 minutes total to order 1 LG hazle nut ice coffee, 1 medium Carmel ice coffee 1 big breakfast wit extra sausage with pancakes and 1 big breakfast no pancakes. My order was over 15.00. They need someone at kios always to help people like myself. Not the person who works the counter because if she/he is busy then we at kios are still stuck. Not good! Then for me to ask 3 different employees to help me at kios and they don't know how, or it's not there job. Is very sorry customer service, then I yelled can anyone help me, twice. Nobody said a word. If the customer's must learn how to work the kios then every employee does also, regardless of what there duties are. Every employee should know how to give great customer service.“

“You know what to expect at McDonalds. This one exceeds all my expectations at delivering on the McDonalds concept. if you want a Filet Mignon, you are at the wrong place. If you want a Big Mac with cheese and a clean restroom, they have the best version of both. The bathroom was cleaner than my house and the Big Mac was what Ronald had pictured when he envisioned two all beef patties special sauce lettuce cheese pickles onions on a sesame seed bun. This McD delivers the best versions of the script.“

“This location has stepped up for breakfast since a few months ago. The crew this morning was working together to keep the drive thru line down. I placed a mobile order and it was very fast . Everything was very fresh and hot. Inside the bag were all the condiments that I needed but just as a precaution the worker brought out a caddy with even more condiments. The worker that brought my breakfast out had a big smile and happy attitude. Everything was in the bag as she waited for me to check my bag she was very patient. “I usually get in the to go line, but they're fast and will cook your food fresh, which is ordered "well-done". My only complaint....that fish sandwich is too small and too expensive, plus it only comes with 1/2 slice of cheese and tartar. I always order lettuce and tomato, which is too expensive.They should have a Fish sandwich deluxe......with lettuce, tomatoes and onions made to order.I don't know about this location, but some of the McDonald's charge you for water..... totally unacceptable“
“They have gotten way better. They use to pre make the food and place it in the warmer, the fries were cold and hot at the same time and the customer service lacked severely. As of now the food has been fresh morning and night and people are actually doing their job.“

“I stopped at this McDonald's all the time it's great for breakfast you can save yourself some money by downloading the app you get all kind of free stuff the one that I normally go to his in Houston Texas on the southwest side it's right by my house I go in for the breakfast sandwiches they have a great sausage McMuffin and hashbrown for $2 I usually will get one for myself and one for my wife sometimes we'll get a Frappuccino or iced coffee they have everything from hamburgers chicken sandwiches breakfast sandwiches breakfast burritos french fries ice cream cookies apple fritters all kind of different things to offer Quarter Pounders in Big Macs McDonald's is always a great place to go for a quick meal and decent service the people here are usually nice again it's a very good way to earn points for breakfast you get double points I always like to do a quick run so that I don't have to wait on breakfast to be cooked and it $2 for a sandwich and hash brown is about as cheap as what it would be as if you were to buy it and make it your own and cook it“
“This establishment often makes the wrong coffee that you ordered. Everything in the establishment is delicious. There is a slide and a separate room for playing with children. The establishment is often cold. There are a couple of people who are always unhappy when you turn to them to make the right coffee!“
