“I NEED CORPORATE TO REALLY RECOGNIZE THIS LOCATION AND STAFF!The food is made so well and with care by this staff and I am a big time lover of Pizza hut and the closest one to us on OST has been such a letdown time after time. We will go out of our way to drive that extra bit because this staff knows how to treat it's customers and cook a damn good pizza like I had at pizza hut in the 90s.Corporate please focus money and time into this location as you have a gem in this Houston sea of mediocre Pizza Huts. Just don't change anything because whatever is there is working. But do fix anything or listen to their needs as they deserve first priority in my opinion for being this great.:)“

“The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They're the main reason I keep coming back to this location. The food is good but nothing special. The cheese bread sticks are my favorite. Decided to try out the new donut bites and they were a bit underwhelming. The wings however are very good. My picky eater even enjoyed the garlic Parmesan ones!“

“Twane and Travis were great for us. WE messed up one of orders and they were still able to send a replacement within 10 mins! We were so grateful, especially with hungry children! Plus the food was fresh and tasty. Definitely will be using again.“

“I arrived to pick up my 3 pizzas, and the friendly lady at the counter apologized immediately for giving my pizzas away to someone else, lol. I so appreciated her honesty, then took a seat to wait for my order to be remade, which was already in motion. What I experienced as I sat and waited was nothing short of amazing. This place is a WELL OILED MACHINE! One person came in, paid, picked up there pizza, then another, then another and so on. No one had to wait, no lines. Super friendly, super fast, efficient service. “Let me start off by saying that all Pizza Huts are NOT created equally. This location is currently our go to location. We actually bypass 2 closer locations to pick up from here because the food quality is just so good. You can literally taste the freshness of the ingredients - rather than just the blandness of borderline out of peak toppings and/or grease. Especially since the pandemic started, the quality of foods at some of Pizza Hut locations has gone downhill. We're just glad that this one is still going strong.“

“I purchased a large thin crust pizza from this location (the franchise by UH entrance 1 closed permanently ?) with one half for me and the other for a family member (photo provided). I also had a coupon for a free side item. Curbside pickup was prompt (not on the right side, but OK) and the pizza was hot. Family member said the pizza was dry - I had pesto to go with mine so no biggie ?, but they weren't wrong. I'll request standard level cheese next time to see if that will mininize the 'dryness'.Cinnasticks were warm and fairly light in color except for the cinnamon sugar glaze brushed on them. Maybe more cook time on the cinnasticks and a tad less time on the thin crust pizza would get a 5 star food review in the future...“

“first time coming here; the cashier ( i think her name is wanda?? i could be wrong ) is very welcoming & professional, both in-person & over the phone ( i overheard her taking an order ). she always shows customers their orders when they pick up to make sure everything is in order. great!“

“The employee named Andrea gave me the BEST SERVICE! I went close to the closing time and she had a wonderful attitude despite it being late. She also had the place CLEAN, it looked very organized. “I like the location. It’s conveniently a few blocks from where I work at. The food is always good and the staff cool. Mostly I like that they are open till midnight.Parking: There’s always a parking spot when I pull up that’s convenient.“

“Y'all I am blown away at the quality of this pizza in the airport. Blaze pizza you did this. I love the create your own creation for one price. Food in the airport be crazy expensive but this pizza was less than $13. I ordered Italian sausage, meatballs, pepperoni, jalapeños, mushrooms, tomatoes and banana peppers. The service was quick and the staff was refreshing. I gasped when my pizza came out because it looked so good and immediately the staff asked if the pizza was correct. She was ready to make it right. The ambience is the ambience it's the airport. Nothing special but there is seating right there by the pizza joint. This is a late flight and won't be at anything wine I land on the west coast so this was perfect. Checked prices for food on the plane and charcuterie board started at $11 bucks. The win for me! This location is in IAH terminal A.“

They always pronounce my name correctly or try to, which is nice of them. There are plenty of parking options too and it is located in a mall with other businesses and shops, so you can do your shopping and also get a pizza for yourself and the family. The food is high quality and tasty. This Pizza Hut also honors deals and discounts, which makes it easier for me to get deals and save money, which is nice. I definitely recommend coming here for ordering Pizza Hut for the family. Only thing is there are no places to sit, but it's a great place to order food to eat. “Only ordered from the La Porte Texas Pizza Hut for pick up orders but the Female Mexican American Manager stated she does not like being called "Latino because here Ancestors have been in Texas for 8 Generations & are not New Immigrants to The United States of America & it offends Her to be called Latino meaning New Immigrants to the U.S.A. by her old Mexican American Family". “This particular Pizza Hut is a hit or miss. Sometimes, they are on their A-game giving you some of the tastiest pies you’ve ever had. “Great pizza! The marinara sauce I paid for didn't come with the pizza. I also think drivers should have the parmeson cheese packets and crushed pepper packets available for the customer when the pizza is delivered. “Dominos told me they’d have my order ready for in a hr. Took my payment & then a he later call me & said they don’t deliver to my addy because of safety issues. I was so irritated cause my husband needed his insulin so that’s why we ordered take out well they cancelled my order & left me in a bind. I called Pizza Hut n explained they had my food here in 30 mins ! Not only that but it was also way cheaper for more food! It was all super fresh & the driver was the best! “Called in order on the way home from work for 3 personal pan pizzas. 16$ and some change, reasonable considering all food prices have gone up. Upon entering there are two hanging ceiling lights on the front desk, with side by side cash registers. As you open the door there is an audible ring let’s the employees know someone has opened the door. Was promptly attended by a friendly staff member. Paid then waited about 3 minutes for them to complete the order. Total time 15 minutes like they said.“

It was the Super Bowl Sunday. The wait wasn't bad. But my party wanted some pizza. I was gonna order 2 medium 2 topping pizzas. But it came to about $34. Oh no, I said. A man sitting at the waiting area whispering, "get a supreme pizza." Uh no. These guests have a very particular taste. So, I ordered half pepperoni with sausage and half mushroom with bacon. (Mmm... Not Hawaiian). Wow, it fits perfectly to my pocketbook. This hot pizza costs only $14.06. That 20 minutes of wait was well worth for a hot pizza. Because it was Super Bowl, it only took me 5 minutes to get home. Boy, I have never tasted a pizza this HOT (temperature). Mushroom was plump and all meats tasted fresh. That's what Pizza Hut pizza I wanted to be.“
