Drinks never taste great. If you have anxiety already and are afraid to ask for them to fix anything..well be prepared for them to give you attitude or simply make your anxiety go through the roof for simply asking to correctly make it. I get this place gets busy but even on a normal day where no one’s in line they still treat you as a inconvenience. Never fails I live less than 5 minutes from this location yet I’d prefer to drive the extra 15 minutes to the location on 45.

Placed my order online. Went through the drive thru at the ready time given, and the order was ready. Muffin was warm, and the latte tasted so delicious that it was gone in 10 minutes. Drive thru employee provided great service.

This Starbucks made my day great. I mistakingly placed an order for this store location when I was running late for work. I couldn’t drive to this location because it was in the opposite direction to my job. When I got to the Starbucks next to my workplace, they ignorantly told me I drove to the wrong place. I had to use my points to purchase another order, which I was trying to save up. After my shift I drove to this location, which is when I spoke to Mark. I told Mark of my situation, which he then happily and promptly remade my order. He informed that for future reference that the other location should be able to remake my order. I wish they offered me that when I went to pick up my order at the other location. Marks professionalism, kindness and understanding really made my day! The food and beverage presentation was also great, which is a reflection of this Starbuck’s high quality staff! Thanks to y’all for a good experience, and excellent customer service.

The time it takes to go thru the drive-through is very very slow. Today at 4:34 I joined the line (ONE car in front of me) the guy didn't to talk to me (which I had placed my order on the APP) until 4:40pm. Then I got to the window and it was another 5 minutes. I'm not sure if it's a management issue or employee issue. But this has been a 10+ minute stop with zero traffic for a while now. Frustrating

I'm from out of town and placed a mobile pick up order. Apparently, I ordered at a different Starbucks than I drove to. The staff was more than helpful and made my drinks for me so I would not have to drive to the other location. I REALLY appreciated this!!! Above and beyond!

Came on Christmas Day, no smiling faces.The lady at the register didn’t even acknowledge our salutation of Merry Christmas or no greeting, Didn’t ask for my name for my order so of course they got backed up on them and I am just waiting for my partial order. No one said our apologies your up will be up shortly. I am just waiting and then I asked for a status and she said we got backed up but we are working on it now. Once it was done I had to ask for napkins because I was definitely not offered. I advised there were not any in the dispensary out front. Poor service and attitude.

The young Hispanic girl at the drive through is very rude when asked for manager the tall white guy who where’s glasses he was rude and didn’t offer to fix the drink to give me the one I paid for. Then after speaking with him no rude words or tone just explained it’s not the drink I asked for he threw my receipt for a refund I didn’t request and closed the window and pointed for me to leave because they were in the middle of a rush and he said they weren’t remaking and holding up the line.
