“Once I get to work, I got to grab a hot cup of coffee and it has to be at the Starbucks in the Westin! I am a coffee snob and if the coffee is not up to bar, I do not visit the facility anymore but these ladies, (Elois, Ashley and Evelyn) know me by name. this is MY lady baristas are amazing! They remember my drink and makes it perfectly and always with a smile. I love this location, thanks ladies!“

“If I could gibe them 1000 stars I would. The energy in here is Amazing. The staff is beyond friendly. They are always engaging with the customers and other employees. The Store Manager April Lsedore is AWESOME! I let her and her staff know how I love it here when I come to change my work scenery as I work from home. The last Starbucks that is closer to my house, did not make me feel this way. So please KUDOS to this AMAZING TEAM here at 1400 Nasa Rd. 1, Houston, TX 77058. Special shout out to Maya, as she makes you feel right at home. She is SUPER FRIENDLY. The energy in here is intoxicating. You just want to take it all in. They make my work day so fun and easy!“

“My sister and I decided to go here to grab my birthday freebie drink and service was good. They wished me a happy birthday and genuinely meant it. I ordered the cinnamon caramel cold brew and it was pretty good. Overall nice little starbucks. Parking is tight so maybe go during off hours.“

“There is a very special person who works here who goes by the first letter of her name, “Z”.I was on the ultimate walk of shame after a rough night where my wallet had been stolen and was in a desperate state in need of nutrients and hydration. Z could have rightfully kicked me out in my condition, but instead used her own money to help me when Apple Pay wouldn’t work. I’m convinced that her kindness saved me this particular morning and as a result I was able to find my way home. “Fast, clean. This location has padded bench seating and chairs. Drive through! And plenty of covered patio seating. Service was good. Music was nice, from a bygone era, relaxing. The only thing I didn't care for was there is no stir sticks, napkins, sweetners or creamers out; you have to ask for and get everything at the serving counter from the staff.“

“I go to this Starbucks on a regular basis. They are consistently great! I go to a few other locations on the northside that really make me appreciate this one! I've been going here for several years and have gotten used to seeing a lot of the same staff working, which I think reflects well on this particular location! I'm sad that I'll be moving soon and won't be frequently coming here anymore, but wanted to be sure to leave a review!Parking: This location is more for people on foot. There is no drive through because it's in the tunnel of Penzoil Plaza. If you wanted to, you could pay to park in their garage, or could pay for street parking in designated areas. Street parking is only free when this location is closed.“

Nitro cold brew was actually available and great as well. Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino was made correctly with right consistency (wasn't watery) I come here during my school lunch break and never worry about getting jammed up. I love this location!“

“I’ve been to this location a couple of times and I have received nothing but great customer service. All the staff is super nice and fast too, even when there’s a line, they move fast so I’ve never waited long for my orders compared to other locations. This location is inside the Target but there’s plenty of room to sit down and enjoy your food/coffee.“

“This location looks like it's primarly used for moble pick up. It was slow when we went, and somone did take our order. Music was good, service was good, and the drink was tasty.Parking: There is a free garange and a paied garage close by.“

One of the nicest things is their covered outdoor seating area. “Kellie is my favorite!! She’s fast, sweet and kind, remembers your name, knows the menu, gives AMAZING recommendations, and never backs down from a dietary restriction challenge or picky drinker. I came in NOT knowing coffee at all. I was getting mainly a drink for a friend and didn’t know a stitch about it because I didn’t drink it. I wanted something for myself but didn’t know what to get. I told her what type things the friend usually likes and she recommended a special tea, she then recommended a drink for me. Both were AMAZING and we left happy. “I had coffee with a dear friend this morning at this location and tears eventually flowed. After I had already received impecable service, the sweetest cashier gifted me a sweet treat because she noticed I was having a rough morning. These are the details people don’t forget. “Coffee enthusiasts, don't judge me. I had a series of years that I stopped going to Starbucks after drinking a vente mocha and getting dog sick. It was a weeks after that I realized that even though I grew up drinking coffee ( traveled a lot growing up and my parents were very lenient on vacation so we had coffee with 99% milk and sugar, lol) I no longer could stand caffeine without getting extremely nauseous and dizzy to the point I couldn't function. The worst part of this information thar no one should care about is I was stuck in the front row of a church conference and even though I could have left I thought it would look tacky and put too much attention on me. That being said, I came back to Starbucks one winter when my sister introduced me to the now retired salted caramel hot chocolate. That was a perfect drink. I fell in love with my first sip, seeing as I absolutely hate caramel and especially salted caramel. I now go often, and I come here often to the drive-through and in store. The employees are upbeat and very pleasant. They can get very busy but they handle it professionally. I get Venti or Grande hot chocolate with extra vanilla and a pump of caramel and it tastes incredible. It's a habit now. The nerd who gets hot chocolate at coffee shops. I enjoy this Starbucks. Thier banana bread is good and not too sweet. I like it cold and not warmed up. I'm sitting here in my car writing this as my first 2024 review.“

“Had been awhile since I visited this location (we lived in that neighborhood from April until middle of June, 2021). The staff I had gotten to know were gone...I cannot attribute this to anything in particular, though I will say it's generally unusual for there to be complete store partner turnover in fewer than two years. Regardless, the partner who attended me was personable and professional, and got my order correct though a stranger to me (my order can be confusing to the uninitiated). The interior had been remodeled (nominally) with a slightly different layout and different furniture. This is not a drive though location, thus less money invested in updates/upgrades. The store traffic tends to be high, with associated noise levels. Don't come here expecting a "laid-back" experience.“

“I used to not believe in the price point of Starbucks, upon its original introduction. However that didn't last long, especially after I traveled more and a daughter of mine introduced me to their Frappuccinos. So, yes I have been converted. It happens right? The facilities are always what I would consider to be very professional, laid back and hip at the same time, so was this one conveniently located in the mall.Never too loud, even with a great volume of patrons. So, what did I have drumroll please.......... It's the Paradise Drink which could be considered a fruity and soft drink at the same time combined with pineapple and coconut milk. It's vegan friendly as noted with the coconut milk. So why not give it a try. I do have one major complaint, it disappears from the cup through a straw into me way to fast. I would like to know if this can be resolved for longer enjoyment. Until the next one, Bye-Bye!“

“This has got to be privately owned! I order a medium hot earl grey tea with 4 sugars on the side a glazed donut, a pop donut, a Swiss and ham croissant, a small herbal tea, and 2 waters. They add sugar to my tea, don’t give me my glazed donut, and don’t give me a receipt!! I don’t live in the area I have called several times, they don’t answer! Now I have to be inconvenienced to go back to get my money back!!!Just left, supervisor and store manager apologized and got me my donut and a fresh cup of hot tea!!! THANK YOU!!!!! ? Coffee is coffee to me However the level of respect that the staff show each individual is something to speak about. The mangers kindness and attentiveness is something that spreads to her workers. “It's amazing that this Starbucks stand inside Kroger Store remains open during CoVid19 pandemic. The only change was very limited seating and completely social distancing. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Few months ago, Kroger sent me some coupons for Starbucks brand new coffee flavors. But they weren't offered at Kroger and any retailers near me. So I decided not to search any more and I want something different and yummy to drink on a hot summer day. I ordered the first item on the menu - Iced Caramel Cold Macchiato containing egg ($4.95). Under the direction of Monica, I learned how to drink this delicious coffee beverage. No straw, she said. I should drink it through the creamy milk foam topping. It sure was a surprise with all the flavors of smooth coffee shots through the smooth fluffy cream with caramel drizzle. It has just the right amount of ice. Incredible feeling. The store also sells Been There mugs and tumbler of Houston. If I had out-of-town visitors, this will be my first stop to get them some coffee and souvenirs.“

“I really do not understand this comment below me. I have been going to this Starbucks for over a year now. All the workers here know me by name and I love the service. Have my three drink orders out in less than five minutes!! I personally just feel that people need to vent out, but not like this. “I’ve been a regular here for quite a bit and the food is made well: They tend to make it properly and pay attention to adjustments. When they don’t, they are very kind and efficient to correct any mistakes. Although the place is rather busy, they are the quickest Starbucks I’ve been to.The service is excellent and they are always very kind and I have seen them provide assistance with language barriers (Spanish) multiple times.The atmosphere is lovely, as well and the people are very kind. Due to the fact that it is busy extremely often and most people I see come to work, do not be afraid to ask for a table. Chances are, you will not be turned down!However, there is only one downside and that is the bathrooms: at this point, I refuse to go into them. ? They are rarely cleaned, tend to lack soap and other amenities and it’s overall not the most hygienic experience.“

“Every morning I'm greeted by name. I know it's a small detail but it really brightens my day! The music and seating is very nice also. Coffee is coffee, the friendly staff is why I incorporated this location into my morning routine!“

“I like to go to various Starbucks in different parts of the city (you can read my reviews on them) and this is the latest one. This particular Starbucks is located in the lobby area of the Hilton Americas hotel. It can get pretty busy, especially during checkout times, but the line moves quickly. I'm a basic coffee drinker & my coffee was made to order & fresh! There is plenty of seating, both indoor & out and a decent view, but unfortunately not of the skyline.In closing, I like the ambiance & it does slow down in the afternoons, so there is quiet time.Be forewarned that since this is downtown H-Town there are a number of homeless people who are in the vicinity & some will attempt to come in. However, the few times I've witnessed this, security has been swift in dealing with it.“

“This Starbucks made my day great. I mistakingly placed an order for this store location when I was running late for work. I couldn’t drive to this location because it was in the opposite direction to my job. When I got to the Starbucks next to my workplace, they ignorantly told me I drove to the wrong place. I had to use my points to purchase another order, which I was trying to save up. After my shift I drove to this location, which is when I spoke to Mark. I told Mark of my situation, which he then happily and promptly remade my order. He informed that for future reference that the other location should be able to remake my order. I wish they offered me that when I went to pick up my order at the other location. Marks professionalism, kindness and understanding really made my day!
