Went yesterday and got 10 boneless wings. They were good but was charged for bone-in wings (more expensive). Also ordered waffle fries with cheese and there was almost no cheese on it. Asked if I could get more and was charged extra for it as well. Prices have gone way up so hardly worth going

All our food arrived cold, like it was from the fridge. Manager didn’t know what to do about it. We explained we just wanted hot wings and fries and she acted surprised. If I could give 0 stars I would. I have no idea how this place is rated as high as it is. Avoid this place like the plague.

Our server Britton was inattentive throughout our entire visit here. We had to ask for water twice before she brought any out. we sat with empty drinks entirely too long and when we let the gentleman who brought our food out know that we wanted to order another drink she went ahead and placed our order for us, without even checking with us to see what we wanted. By the time she came back around to let us know she already told the bartender. And once we were ready to go, she asked me to pick up the table FOR HER. And watched as she went to tell her coworkers about the interaction. Won’t be coming back.

We had the pleasure of having Briton as our server and she truly did not disappoint. She was great with our customer service and made sure our food was brought out hot. We’ll be back as usual.

I am very angered at this establishment, my daughter in law ordered wings on a regular basis and one of the orders came with a threatening note. We called the law and they just put it off saying if it happens again then they will do something, so she went to the manager and they let them know who was responsible and they still want to cover it up. This is not acceptable at all no establishment should sweep this under the rug. So I ask the public to watch where they eat because this is not right.

Came here on Tuesday for the wing special. The wings were good considering it was 2 for 1. But what really made me enjoy my time here was Madeline, the bartender! She was so great I had to make yall some custom artwork!

I love coming to this big city wings location. Staff is always friendly. Food is good, especially their loaded fries baskets! They are also very accommodating during football season! Big plus there!

On my Friday evening I called for a to-go order. I arrived at the location and seen the to-go spot as I walked in I told the three employees standing at the host stand which one appeared to be a manager. Some service I may say as I continue to the designated spot for TO-GO I continue to wait a few minutes as SEVERAL employees seen me wait as well as the chatty Cathy's continue to talk at the hostess stand. I looked at them and asked if anyone works this station. One employee from the group starts with the transaction. Crazy how management runs here. No sense of urgency or care for customers.
