Nobody greeted you when you walk in, you just stand there and wait for someone to walk you to a table. I watched a couple walk in, wait, get seated then that was it. No drink order or anything. They got upset with the lack of service and left.It was humid in there with random water spots on the floor. Food was ehh but the price was not worth it. We will not return, I haven't been in years and I remembered why.

It was so cold in the restaurant that it was uncomfortable. We moved 3 times to get away from underneath the vent to no avail.We ordered the chicken fajitas; if only it had tasted as good as the presentation. The meat was overcooked and tasted burnt. The jasmine rice was not good either as there were some hard grains that were undercooked.I was sharing the meal and asked for it to be plated on 2 plates. That didn't happen and we were left to our own devices with the bread and butter plates. Overall the waitress was nice but I think this will be my last time going to Friday's. My previous visit was disappointing as well, but I wanted to give them another chance. ?

Food has gotten HORRIBLE!! We order the same thing every time we go and we're there with a credit from previous curbside disaster, only to be disappointed again. Things changed like the butter used and even the broccoli on the Grilled Simply Salmon plate. No lemon butter or the lemon broccoli which changes the taste of the whole meal. Then the piece on my plate looked like it was cut in half compared to how it used to be. I told the waitress it looks smaller and she said "everything in America has gotten smaller". Really? The price hasn't!! I don't come here to pay $20 for rice and broccoli. My husband's burger was cold and my daughter's kids meal chicken strips looked like they'd been refried or under a warmer too long and we're so hard we sent them back and bought her food on the way home. Not sure what changed here but it's not for the better. We won't be back anytime soon and that was our weekend place. But I'm not paying those prices for horrible food. ???

received glass within the first sip glass broken, faulty glass. Nobody did nothing, did not clean space afterwards, continued to serve guest same faulty glass. Glass broke drink wasted on my clothes and shoes Manager did nothing to compensate for drink, I had to inform manager what was he going to do, he took off 5 dollars I was very insulted. I have been going to tgi and this location for years I def will not be returning.

Glad they are still serving during this pandemic. We ordered the food and picked it up. Everything was perfect and hot like it was in the restaurant. I had the simple frilled salmon and my wife had fish and chips

Service is usually kinda slow. I've always had to wait a while after being seated to be greeted and take our drink order. The food is always good and prices are right, unless you have a few people with you. They charge extra for a tip. That would be ok if you get good service.

The waitress that served us was amazing! But , my dad didn't like his nachos, and i didn't like my pasta. Way too much cheese, and it wasn't what I was expecting.
