I usually go to Nee Hao's on Lee Rd but it was closed today. Was really wanting some Chinese food and came upon this place. Saw several bad reviews but thought I should give it a shot. Service and atmosphere is good. The food however is not the greatest. Food is bland and leaves you feel uneasy. I would not recommend this at all.

It was a mistake to try this place. We got beef and broccoli, general Tsos chicken, egg rolls, fried rice, hot and sour soup and wonton soup. The food was strange and everyone who ate it got sick.

We ordered through uber eats, personally, food isn't worth what we paid. The general so tastes like it was bought bagged from a grocery store, the fried rice is bland, had one piece of my daughters sweet and sour chicken and all i could taste was powdered batter.... I will not be ordering again.

Me and my family go to China Star minimum 2x month.The interior is way more welcoming from when we first started going to dine here. The food is made to order and it is delish! The staff has always been friendly and inviting. Overall the best place for Chinese food in our area 10/10!Dietary restrictions: Everything is made to order so if there’s anything you can’t particularly have just let them know and they can try to remove it from the dish.

I was in the area and was recomended to eat here. 1) prices are great for lunch. Esp. When u have a big family plates are under 10!!! 2) the service was awsome, catering, and friendly!!! 3) The taste and quality of food was beyond delicious! 4) Area was really good and easy to find. 5) i love the cleaninginess of the restraunt! Ill be back!

This place is awewome!!! Kieth is the MAN!!!! He provides such a great service and very friendly !!! I had got wings and rice (house special rice ) !!! Man let me tell you that's was bussin goooooood !! Highly recommended!!! Can't wait to try other items on menue!! Will br back for sure !!!!

I got this place for dinner last night, as I have many times over the past year. I have no idea what happened, but EVERYTHING was absolutely DISGUSTING!! The ribs were nothing but burnt, dry, bones, the fried rice was terribly bland, not a drop of soy sauce, and I asked for it without carrots which you can clearly see, and the egg rolls(use to be my favorite) were mushy and bland. Im not sure if they're cutting corners trying to save money but it shows and I will not be returning. What a waste of 20bucks! All that time renovating just to serve terrible food. P.S. not sure why the rice container says "Lucky Panda Express" when the restaurant is called China Star.

My friend invited me there this past Friday and OMG everything was so fresh. The ambiance was great not to mention the staff. Food was hot. The other guest were nice, very respectful. It wasn’t noisy. The place was very clean. Workers came out often to switch out food making sure it was hot . I will definitely bring my family back. Oh, I love the Hot and Sour soup! I tried everything they had and it was great. Yup, even the sushi! Even the crawfish was good and I’m from Louisiana(weren’t as spicy but they were really good and juicy). Many were there to enjoy the crawfish and fried crabs.Con: The Ice cream would be the only thing I would change up. It looked brown and icy. Nothing like Mc Donald’s nor Burger King. But maybe it’s like that bc it’s homemade idk. The cones weren't fresh.I did see that many customers ate the ice cream, so apparently they liked it.Anyways, I loved the restaurant. Thank you for the service.
