I first got to know Cobo's when they were operating out of a truck in Atascosito, and I was really excited when I heard about the EaDo location. Let me tell you: They did. not. miss. The food here is made with genuine care and love, and Raul - the owner - treats his customers like family. It's nice to see the same amount of care that went into the small truck get transferred to the new location, with all of its bells and whistles and moving parts. And the food? I had high expectations, and I was still blown away! Great, friendly service. Probably the best banana pudding I’ve ever eaten, and my breakfast sandwich was top-notch. We’ll be coming back often!
His birria tacos are the best I've ever had. Very flavorful and tasty. I wish he was open more. He's a very charismatic person too treats you like he's known you forever. Great customer service.
