Burger was decent, but I am ALL about customer service and satisfaction. Bacon was extra burnt, asked for it to be redone and the OWNER did not want to assist us with our needs. She literally said, “if you want weak bacon you should of asked for it”. She also stated she did NOT care about customer satisfaction, or if I did a negative review. I am mind blown that the owner was so rude and disrespectful.First time going and I will NEVER go again!

s agoNEW "NO CUSTOMER SERVICE " is what the Maneger says here. We received burnt bacon and all we wanted was to exchange them for cheese fries. And the manager refused and wood rather argue in front of the restaurant causing a scene that completely unfold for and embarrassing. I definitely would NOT recommend! As for her she also didn't not care to have a bad review put up. It had to of been the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

The food was average but the service was terrible. The man working counter was rude and acted as though our entire being there was an inconvenience. We ordered 3 burgers and a kids meal. We asked for fries and onion rings in a basket to share and he scoffed at us for making the request. This was followed with multiple eye rolls when we asked for sides of ranch (willing to pay extra) as well as a straw for my two year old since they only serve drinks in bottles. If you want to feel that your business is not appreciated, you should go here. If you prefer to eat somewhere with good food and good service, take your family and your business elsewhere because this place isn't it.

Ordered a Jalapeño Cream Cheese burger that had onions on it, got charged $1.00 more for substituting grilled onions and didn’t even get them on my burger. Went on ahead and ate it anyway. For the price compared to the flavor it’s overall not the one.

Food bommbbbbbbb ! Came in around 12 on a Wednesday I Got the chk Hawaiian sandwich with fries my boyfriend got a normal burger . They are definitely big sandwiches . Maybe onion ring next time ... the shake my boyfriend got could of been better for 4$ ... oh ! the big lady had a bit of a smart mouth .. could of been because she was training either way didn't like it everyone knew the restaurant notice . other then that it's great

Come for the ok food, leave because of the customer service. Food was fine, normal Texas greasy burger joint. This is not a chain, there is no customer retention department. Person who took my order on the phone was curt. Closing time posted on door is 7:50, not 8:00, 7:50. When I picked up at 7:15, the employee behind the counter said I would be the last customer 9f the day. She also asked of I actually liked the Impossible Burger I had ordered, which they upcharge $3 for, so a burger and fries was $20. I asked for to go condiments, and with a mask less face, she told me that they didn't give out condiments anymore because of COVID. They obviously couldn't care less if I ever came back, so I won't.

Burgers are NOT FRESH. They are precooked and probably been sitting there for 24 hours. Manager is rude and doesnt know how to talk to people in a respectful manner.

I dug right in and forgot about the photo. The burgers were great. I had the ranch burger and it was not drenched in ranch it was just the right amount. The bacon & cheese fries stood out from many places we go. The bacon was real bacon, thick bacon chunks. I was pleasantly surprised. We found our local burger go to.
Dirty Baja grilled chicken burger. I ordered it to go, no mayo. smelled so good on the drive home! when I got home and opened it up, it had mayo on it. It went straight to the trash. Unfortunately this was my first time trying this place out so i probably won't be going back.

We're from out of town and just happened to see their sign and wanted to check them out, and we're SO happy we did! Awesome burgers, hot & juicy, the patty was beautifully tender and crisped on the outside and nicely seasoned, and they fry the insides of the buns! It's a little detail but it's important for preventing a soggy bun. Definitely recommend their garlic & Cajun seasoned fries! The fresh chocolate shake was great next to the burger and fries, definitely blows any of the nearby chain burger places out of the water.
